Dr. Wei-Wei ZHANG is professor of international relations at the Geneva School of Diplomacy and senior research fellow at the Centre for Asian Studies, Geneva.
A former visiting fellow at Oxford, he holds a Ph.D in International Relations from the University of Geneva.
He worked as a senior English interpreter for Deng Xiaoping and other Chinese leaders in the mid-1980s. He has travelled to over 100 countries.
He is concurrently a senior fellow at the Equinox (Chunqiu) Institute and guest professor at Fudan University, China.
